This policy explains how we process personal data collected through unicasproductions.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell it.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and the limitation periods set by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
4. Who receives the data
We do not share your data with third parties except service providers that act on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, security and anonymous statistics).
- Web3Forms (delivery of the contact form messages to our mailbox).
- Our email provider.
- One Guess & Co. Ltd. (Israel), our affiliated company, when your request concerns a project in Israel.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Israel and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to office@unicasproductions.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website is served exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
