Founders

Unicas Productions was founded in 2016 on a simple conviction: a brand is judged by what it leaves behind in people. Living up to it takes two disciplines that rarely share a desk: a curator's sense of what belongs in the room and why, and a producer's insistence that nothing is left to chance.

Gretel Scheiner

Founder & CEO

Gretel brings together cultural, culinary and experiential fluency, built as head of creative at an international house producing luxury private events. Years of producing exhibition spaces and content-led events for corporate and public-sector clients added research and experience strategy. From concept development to on-site supervision, she personally leads interdisciplinary teams of several hundred people. For the brands Unicas works with, that means being understood in a room, not just seen in it.

Efi Shimony

Managing Partner | Head of Production

Efi brings twenty years of logistics management for the defense industry, where a missed deadline is not an option, and a track record as an entrepreneur in business and product development. He leads production and logistics, from supplier sourcing to on-site crews, in every market Unicas works in. For clients, that means one person accountable from the moment a concept is approved in one country until it stands in another, exactly as presented.
